Maintenance Supervisor

Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM

• Supervise and coordinate employee activities and outside contractors engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and maintaining grounds.
• Direct employees and outside contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs and ground maintenance.
• Obtain bids for work from outside contractors; assemble, analyze and submit bids to superiors for action.
• Order and receive supplies, appliances and equipment from vendors.
• Coordinate work performed by outside vendors and inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and standards.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to determine needs and extent of service, and estimate worker hour requirements for job assignments.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Suggest changes in working conditions and equipment use to increase efficiency of the work crew.
• Assist Property Manager in planning and administering maintenance budget.
• Participate in after‑hours and emergency coverage as assigned by supervisor.

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Preference for Yardi experience.
• Experience in all trades.
• Excellent written, communication and computer skills.
• Past supervisory experience is a must.
• Current driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Able to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Salary range: $31.00 – $36.00 per hour.
