Litigation Case Manager Personal Injury Firm

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of legal documents, including complaints, motions, discovery requests, and trial exhibits.
• Draft pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists.
• Notice Depositions and other Hearings.
• Set up Court Call and Appearance Attorneys.
• Prepare documents for filing.
• Schedule IMEs, depositions, mediation and arbitration with opposing firm.
• Coordinate case calendar deadlines using File Vine case management software.
• Propound and respond to extensive discovery.
• Draft various Motions, Oppositions and Replies.
• Stay connected with clients regularly to provide case updates and provide great customer service.
• Calendaring.
• Manage assigned personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
• Report claim, facilitate property damage, coordinate medical treatments.
• Gather evidence and establish liability.
• Gather medical records and bills from hospitals and doctors.
• Write demands for settlement.
• Manage Medi-Cal and Medi-Care liens.

• 3-5 years of litigation case management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Adobe, Office
  365, and File Vine.
• Professional on the phone and in person.
• Exceptional communication skills and customer service.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Organized, detail-oriented and a team player.
• Positive and Professional attitude.
• Dependable and trustworthy.

Salary:
Based on experience to be discussed during the interview.

Job Type: Full-time. 35 - 40 hours a week
