• Manage personal injury litigation cases from filing through trial
• Communicate effectively with opposing counsel and clients
• Handle depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and motions
• Make court appearances and represent clients in hearings and trials
• Review case files for accuracy and completeness
• Develop trial strategies, organize exhibits, and prepare witnesses
• Engage in settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations
• Provide sound legal advice and guidance throughout the litigation process

• Juris Doctor and active membership in the California State Bar (in good standing)
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience handling personal injury litigation
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience with law and motion practice
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
