We are a Labor and Employment Firm that exclusively represents employees and on a mission to empower and protect California employees through education and legal advocacy. We are currently searching for a Labor and Employment Partner Attorney to join our team with proven experience in handling wage and hour cases!

• Lead our growing labor and employment litigation team consisting of 10+ attorneys and 10+ support staff
• Lead trial and litigation strategy to continue growing brand

• JD Degree from accredited law school
• Admitted to the CA State Bar
• 5+ years of litigation experience
• 5+ years of experience in Labor and Employment, specifically wage and hour, harassment, retaliation and similar cases
• Experience supervising a team of litigators
• Proven background in improving litigation strategy and brand
