Job Description :
Pay Range: $74.74hr - $79.74hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
- Strong UX/UI and visual design skills with a portfolio demonstrating design craft.
- Front-end development experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, performance, and version control (Git).
- Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.
- Experience translating business requirements and user research into wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready assets.
- Experience designing and building reusable UI components and design systems.
- Experience conducting or supporting user research and design thinking activities.
- Experience collaborating with design, development, branding, marketing, and stakeholder teams.
- Translate complex business needs and user research insights into wireframes, high-Client interactive prototypes, and production-ready assets.
- Design visually compelling digital experiences aligned with company branding.
- Create layouts, graphics, and visual assets for websites, applications, and digital platforms.
- Build reusable UI components for consistent design systems across web and mobile.
- Write clean, efficient front-end code to implement designs.
- Assist in framing research goals and conducting user research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into projects.
- Adapt to changing project requirements and work across multiple initiatives.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end product design and development workflows.
- Ability to bridge communication between design and development teams.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Figma.

Education:
