We are seeking a visionary design professional to lead the creation of next‑generation enterprise experiences. This is not a traditional "UI‑only" role; you will operate at the dynamic intersection of user experience, systems thinking, and emerging technologies like AI, automation, and data. Your expertise will be crucial in translating complex technical capabilities into intuitive, trusted, and scalable solutions used by internal teams across the organization.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and business partners, ensuring our internal tools are powerful, user‑friendly, and strategically aligned.

• Design Transformative AI‑Augmented Experiences: Lead the end‑to‑end user experience design for AI‑enabled workflows, including copilots, intelligent assistants, automation tools, sophisticated dashboards, and critical decision‑support systems.
• Translate AI Complexity into Intuitive Interactions: Masterfully convert intricate AI behaviors—such as recommendations, predictions, confidence levels, uncertainty, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls—into clear, usable, and engaging interactions.
• Establish Trust and Transparency: Define innovative interaction patterns that build trust, explainability, and transparency, ensuring users maintain control within AI‑driven systems.
• Drive UX Across Complex Enterprise Systems: Own the entire UX lifecycle, from initial problem framing through to successful delivery, encompassing discovery, concepting, rapid prototyping, rigorous validation, and continuous iteration.
• Create Comprehensive Design Artifacts: Develop a full spectrum of design artifacts, including detailed journey maps, insightful service blueprints, clear system diagrams, robust interaction models, precise wireframes, and polished high‑fidelity designs.
• Navigate Enterprise Constraints: Expertly design solutions that account for enterprise‑level constraints such as scale, stringent security requirements, role‑based access controls, regulatory compliance, performance optimization, and seamless integration with existing legacy systems.
• Deeply Partner with Product & Engineering: Collaborate strategically with product managers and key stakeholders to define problem statements, establish success metrics, and prioritize roadmap initiatives.
• Ensure Technical Feasibility and Scalability: Engage with engineers early in the design process to ensure solutions are technically feasible, inherently scalable, and fully ready for implementation.
• Align UX with AI Capabilities: Work hand‑in‑hand with data and AI teams to align user experience designs with the capabilities and limitations of underlying models.
• Champion User‑Centered Design Principles: Plan and execute comprehensive user research, including interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis, with internal enterprise users.
• Synthesize Insights into Actionable Recommendations: Transform research findings into clear, actionable design recommendations that drive product improvements.
