Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with deep expertise in firewall administration, networking, and enterprise storage. In this role, you will support complex, production-critical infrastructure environments for media and entertainment clients, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing systems.

• Administer and maintain enterprise firewall environments (Fortinet and Palo Alto)
• Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure environments using Cisco, Arista, and Dell technologies
• Support and optimize enterprise storage systems
• Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues across multi-site environments
• Engage directly with clients to provide technical guidance and responsive support
• Contribute to infrastructure planning, architecture improvements, and long-term optimization strategies

• Extensive experience with Fortinet and Palo Alto firewall administration
• Strong background in network design, administration, and troubleshooting in high-performance environments
• Experience supporting Media & Entertainment workflows
• Experience with hypervisors including VMware vSphere and Proxmox
• Experience with enterprise storage platforms such as Power Scale, Qumulo, Net App, or similar
• Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to operate independently

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Hybrid / Onsite. Regular travel to client locations throughout the LA area is required

We offer competitive compensation based on skill and experience. The salary range for this role is $100,000 – $150,000 annually. We offer 401(k) employer match up to 4% of annual base salary, comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life and accident insurances) and paid time off.
