* Assist in the acquisition, organization, and publishing of marketing and production documents-including synopses, credits, press materials, and other essential title assets-working closely with Publicity, Rights, and Production contacts.

* Perform quality checks on title metadata and published assets, reviewing for accuracy, grammar, formatting, and compliance with WBD style and platform requirements.

* Help maintain the integrity and readiness of title pages on the B2B distribution site by uploading assets, validating metadata population, and flagging discrepancies for the Metadata team.

* Support daily operational workflows by assisting with ticket research and task follow ups, learning how to locate, confirm, and track critical information across multiple internal databases.

* By the end of the semester, the intern will have contributed to the launch and maintenance of active WBD titles, gained hands on experience with studio level metadata operations, and strengthened skills in content management, organization, and cross team communication.
