Overview

Job Title: Oracle Finance Functional Consultant

Compensation: $55-65/hr

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

The Oracle Finance Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and maintaining the Oracle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Oracle Projects, Order Management, and General Ledger modules. This role requires a deep understanding of the Order-to-Cash cycle, as well as financial modules such as AP and GL within the on-premises Oracle environment. The consultant will collaborate closely with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and ensure seamless integration across departments.

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement with Oracle Order Management and Financials solutions.
• Provide daily production support for Oracle EBS Financials and related modules (e.g., issues with period close, check printing, integrations, workflows, data issues). Support and enhance existing customizations across Oracle EBS R12 (12.2 preferred, 12.x acceptable).
• Manage the Oracle AR, AP, and GL modules to meet operational business requirements
• Manage modules that are closely integrated with Finance like Projects and Order Management.
• Work on enhancements and value additions in these modules for increased optimization and user experience
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure systems meet performance expectations.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for users and stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across departments.
• Create detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in the above Oracle modules
