Job Title: Senior SharePoint Developer

Location: Burbank, CA (Onsite from day one)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Senior Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-level SharePoint solutions integrated with Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power Apps development, SharePoint customization and integration, and workflow automation using Power Automate, along with proven client-facing experience to manage and support projects effectively.

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint portals, libraries, and workflows.
• Design and develop Power Platform components using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI reports connecting SharePoint, SQL Server and Dataverse.
• Implement and configure SharePoint connectors and integrations with third-party systems.
• Build and customize SharePoint sites and applications to meet business requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint environments.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure compliance with best practices for SharePoint architecture, security, and performance.
• Participate in project planning, documentation, and deployment activities.

• SharePoint: Strong experience with SharePoint Online (portal development and customization), SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and custom solutions.
• Libraries & Workflows: Expertise in document libraries, content types, and workflow automation.
• Power Platform: Strong expertise in the development and maintenance of Power Apps applications and Power Automate workflows. Knowledge of Power BI report generation using different data sources.
• Integration & Connectors: Hands‑on experience integrating SharePoint and Power Apps solutions with external systems using APIs, connectors, and middleware.
• Client Interaction: Excellent communication skills with experience in client‑facing roles and project support.
• Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes, enhancements, and client queries.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Experience in SDLC, CI/CD, Agile & Sprint programs.
• Coordinate with Application and Platform teams, Hyper‑Care support, performance optimization, unit test & integration test support.
• Mentor and support colleagues and L2 team for L3 technical delivery.
• Manage SLAs for availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs.
• Strong client‑facing role at customer location or remotely.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Knowledge of SharePoint administration and governance.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Power Shell scripting.
