SummarySeeking a Technical Principal Product Manager (PPM) to be responsible for setting the strategic vision, technical roadmap, and execution for a major product or a product portfolio. This role requires a deep technical expertise and business acumen to guide product strategy, influence cross‑functional teams (especially engineering), and communicate with executive leadership.
Responsibilities- Define and champion a multi-year product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify market problems and shape high-level solutions.
- Drive alignment across diverse teams and act as the primary communication hub.
- Provide technical oversight on architecture, APIs, and system trade‑offs to ensure scalability and security.
- Use data‑driven decision‑making – define KPIs, track performance, and guide product evolution.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable specifications.
- Mentor product managers and raise the bar for technical and product excellence.
- Establish and uphold best practices and standards across teams.
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Experience with cloud‑based platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Ability to effectively collaborate across design and engineering teams (8+ years) Proven experience bridging the gap between the design team, engineering team, and the key stakeholders.
- Mastery of Agile/Scrum, and proven experience developing products using that methodology (10+ years).
- Proven experience driving a product‑oriented delivery team (POD) through Scrum ceremonies.
- Understands design principles to help design and implement products that are user‑friendly (10+ years).
- Prior experience with product‑oriented user‑centric roles.
- Ability to articulate turning user journeys and design deliverables into viable products.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technology products in an agile environment.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Experience working with End Users to drive epics and user stories.
BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Compensation & BenefitsThe estimated pay range for this position is USD $75.00/hr – USD $80.00/hr exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
