Our client, a leader in the Media and Entertainment industry, is seeking a Director, Lean Portfolio Management to join their team. As a Director, Lean Portfolio Management, you will be part of the Portfolio Management supporting strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, collaborative mindset, and strong leadership skills which will align successfully in the organization.

$110 to $120/hr on W2 (negotiable)

• Lead and align technology strategy with organizational standards to drive execution and value delivery.
• Translate strategic vision into actionable outcomes using OKRs to guide investments and resource allocation.
• Partner with enterprise and solution architects to ensure technical solutions meet business goals and standards.
• Act as a Lean-Agile leader for content sales planning, empowering teams to make decisions and deliver solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to remove delivery bottlenecks and mitigate risks.

• 8+ years of experience in Lean-Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Proven experience in driving continuous improvement through PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt sessions, and system demos.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading architecture reviews and collaborating with key stakeholders on architectural decisions.
• Strong background in portfolio management, investment funding, and governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
