Title: Project Manager – Localization
Location: Burbank, CA
Comp Range: $75‑90K
Shift: Day shift / 9am start

Pixelogic Media Partners, LLC, delivers technology solutions for Hollywood Studios and content owners to reach global audiences through language services including scripting, subtitling, access services, and dubbing. The company has authored thousands of titles for iTunes, Google Play, Netflix, Amazon, and other platforms.

• Manage multiple localization projects from client order to delivery completion.
• Understand client specifications and build strong working relationships.
• Liaise with clients to maintain clear communication and deliver high‑quality assets on time.
• Develop project plans, workflows, manage time, budget, resources, and quality control.
• Monitor and update timelines, set realistic expectations for day‑to‑day deliveries.
• Work with billing to ensure projects are billed correctly and on time.
• Enter orders based on client requests and confirm final deliveries meet time frames.
• Provide strategic solutions to client issues.
• Collaborate with operational teams to build processes, ensure smooth workflow, and enhance the client experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and drive initiatives with department leaders.
• Abide by security policies and protect information assets.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑5 years of project management experience.
• Preferred experience in localization (subtitling, dubbing) or media industry post‑production workflows.
• Solid organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
• Collaborative thinker who works well in a team.
• Passionate about customer experience and service excellence.
• Hands‑on digital media workflow experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Creative problem solver with innovative thinking.
• Outstanding attention to detail; ability to plan complex projects with urgency.
• Positive attitude toward obstacles and enthusiasm to get things done.
