• Schedule a high volume of interviews (approximately 35–70 per week), including panel interviews and candidate travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers to align availability and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Reserve conference rooms and send timely confirmation and logistics emails to candidates.
• Support onboarding activities, including orientation scheduling, background check coordination, and fingerprint scheduling for Florida-based backgrounds.
• Manage and update job postings within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday.

• 2–3 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar fast‑paced administrative or HR support role.
• Strong scheduling and calendar management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple Outlook calendars and shifting priorities.
• Customer‑service mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• High attention to detail and the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.
• Creative problem‑solving skills to navigate scheduling conflicts and last‑minute changes.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by Work Genius.
