Position OverviewAs a Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinic, you'll deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services while working alongside a collaborative team of healthcare professionals. This position offers an outstanding work-life balance with no weekend commitments.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress and maintain detailed clinical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Participate in patient education and injury prevention programs
- Graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current California Physical Therapy license
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Current CPR certification (preferred)
- New graduates welcome
- Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $105,000
- Monday-Friday schedule with flexible hours
