Manager Pharmacy Business - Home Infusion - St. Joseph Health System Home Care Services - Anaheim, CA
We are seeking a qualified pharmacy technician with experience in home infusion, strong leadership skills, and a passion for compassionate care. The Pharmacy Business Manager provides leadership and oversight of business operations supporting home infusion, oral dose, and enteral nutrition business lines.
Responsibilities- Oversee front‑end revenue cycle: insurance benefits investigation, prior authorizations, delivery ticket accuracy.
- Evaluate new payer contracts and ensure payer contract compliance.
- Track vendor and payer contract status and manage accounts payable process.
- Lead customer service and reception functions, office supply management, and telephone switchboard management.
- Assure licenses, registrations, permits, and certifications are current and up‑to‑date.
- Ensure business and financial practices comply with Providence policies, applicable State and Federal regulations, and pharmacy accreditation standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a closely related field or equivalent education/experience.
- 4 years of management experience in a health‑care environment, pharmacy business‑related preferred.
- 3 years of pharmacy business‑related experience.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a closely related field.
- Lean and Six Sigma training and experience.
- Vendor or payer contract negotiation experience.
