The Controller will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company operations. The responsibilities will include the day to day planning, implementing, managing and controlling of all the financial aspects of the company. This will include direct responsibility for all accounting functions, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing and inventory.

• Creates, coordinates, and evaluates the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning, real estate, and conservation of assets.
• Approves and coordinates changes and improvements in automated financial and management information systems for the company.
• Ensures compliance with local state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
• Coordinates the preparation of all financial statements, financial reports, special analysis, and information reports for all companies.
• Develops and implements all accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
• Analyzes cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide and support management team. Determine optimal improvements and provide solutions.
• Provides leadership and direction in the preparation of the company financial analysis.
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
• Ensures credibility of finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
• Takes a hands‑on lead position in developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive job cost system.
• Directs and oversees all aspects of the finance and accounting functions of the organization.
• Works with outside auditors on year end audits (both financials and 401k) and all tax returns.
• Manages processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company.
• Maintains a willingness to work a flexible schedule and understands the need for cooperation when asked to work extended hours and weekends.
• Provides a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results focus.
• Directly supervises employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities with organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• Education:
  
  BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA and /or CPA highly desirable.
• Experience:
  
  10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles in a manufacturing environment. Printing, Graphic Design, and/or Website Design exposure helpful but not necessary.
• Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type.
• Attention to detail and accountability needed.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Knowledge of financial reporting.
• Strong technical accounting skills and strong computer system skills.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
• The ability to be flexible, multi‑task and work effectively in a team environment is required.
