Senior Financial Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team supporting the entertainment and media sector. This role plays a critical part in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and delivering insights that drive strategic and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where accuracy, collaboration, and innovation are key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long‑range financial planning processes.
  • Provide financial modeling, cost analysis, and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor financial performance against targets, identifying trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with operational and leadership teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages, KPIs, dashboards, and executive presentations.
  • Support audit activities, internal controls, and compliance processes.
  • Develop and enhance financial systems, tools, and workflows to improve reporting efficiency.
  • Drive ad‑hoc analysis for business cases, member programs, and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance roles.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Experience with ERP and planning systems; exposure to BI tools strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
