Deliver a conspicuously clean and orderly workout environment while engaging members.

• Maintain club cleanliness
• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform building and equipment maintenance and safety checks

• Enforce gym rules
• Maintain gym floor integrity
• Check restrooms for cleanliness and supplies
• Participate in team cleaning initiatives

• Takes ownership of results
• Experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus
• Adapts quickly to various situations
• Communicates well with members and teammates using a customer‑service mentality
• Team player willing to tackle any task and complete it
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills
• Extremely organized
• Works independently, multitasks, and meets fast‑paced demands
• Excellent attention to detail ensuring accurate, high‑quality work
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Embodies the company’s core values

• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Complete all mandatory company trainings within 30 days of employment
• Follow all current company policies, standard operating procedures, and updates
• Work in a gym setting, moving about club floors and rooms, and communicate with employees, members, and the public
• Be able to bend routinely and lift more than 40 lbs. repetitively
• Operate company computer systems to prepare documents, enter data, and read reports from databases or email

California Pay Range: $16.50—$20 USD
