As we scale, we're looking for a creative, resourceful, and driven Content Creator to help us share our story, strengthen our brand, and engage our growing network of patients and team members.
We are seeking an experienced Dental Regional Operations Manager to lead and grow our expanding dental practice. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with multi-location dental management experience who can oversee daily operations, lead teams, improve systems, and drive business growth. This is a senior leadership role with autonomy and accountability.
Schedule:
Full Time, In Person, Weekends as needed. Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 DOE
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 8–10 years of experience in the dental field
- 4+ years as a Dental Operations Manager within a DSO
- Proven experience overseeing multiple dental practices or supporting multi-location operations
- Strong knowledge of dental office operations, revenue cycle management, and practice performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, implement SOPs, and standardize processes across multiple locations
- Deep working knowledge of OSHA, Cal/OSHA, Dental Board of California regulations, HIPAA, and dental compliance requirements
- Provide regional oversight of operations across multiple dental practices, ensuring consistent execution of SOPs, systems, and strategic initiatives
- Lead implementation and standardization of workflows, processes, and operational improvements across all locations
- Monitor compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, Dental Board of California, HIPAA, and all dental regulations to ensure ongoing audit readiness
- Conduct routine compliance reviews and partner with office leadership to correct deficiencies and mitigate risk
- Oversee regional financial performance, including budgets, billing, collections, and accounts receivable
- Monitor marketing spend, track ROI, and scale high-performing initiatives across offices
- Partner with HR to identify training needs, implement staff development programs, and support performance management
- Deliver clear, data-driven reporting on operational, financial, and compliance performance to executive leadership
