This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Supervisor based in Burbank, CA. The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee daily customer service operations, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and efficient support processes. Duties include supervising a team, resolving customer inquiries, managing workflows, implementing customer service strategies, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The role involves fostering collaboration among team members to maintain an exceptional customer experience.

• Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to manage, guide, and motivate a team effectively
• Proficiency in customer service, customer satisfaction, and customer service management
• Experience in delivering excellent customer support and problem resolution
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in retail or similar customer service environment preferred
