OMG
23 is looking for an Out of Home Media Planner who lives and breathes in real life media. You’ll help shape, plan and run Out of Home campaigns from strategy to execution, owning the day-to-day details while thinking big picture about how brands show up in the real world.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to turn insights into smart, impactful Out of Home plans that run smoothly and deliver results.
What You’ll Do- Help build Out of Home media strategies and plans
- Use research and data to support recommendations and understand audience behavior
- Track competitor Out of Home activity and flag opportunities or risks
- Create clear, compelling decks that bring Out of Home strategies and tactics to life
- Manage budgets, contracts, and inventory with accuracy
- Oversee day-to-day execution; material delivery, posting reports, and final docs
- Support and mentor junior team members, from media basics to smarter ways of working
- Keep projects on track and deliver work on time
- Share POVs, spot trends in the OOH space, and bring fresh thinking to the table
- Build strong relationships with Out of Home vendors and partners
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 1+ years of hands-on Out of Home media experience
- Solid understanding of media planning, advertising fundamentals, and budgets
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint or Keynote
- Familiarity with Photoshop or InDesign is a plus
- Strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
- Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking

This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$60,000—$70,500 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
