Your New Role…The Creative Director will play an integral role in the creative vision for Global Experiences, reporting to the Vice President, Creative. This role requires expertise in environmental design, live entertainment, and character design, along with strong graphic layout and presentation skills. The Creative Director will manage high complexity design projects, collaborating with partners to develop themed experiences and live entertainment. The ideal candidate excels at communicating creative concepts to clients and managing a team of designers to deliver outstanding products.
Familiarity with pop culture, industry trends, and emerging technologies is essential.

Your Role Accountabilities… Creative Leadership- Lead creative execution for projects, licensees, design partners, and production houses.
- Collaborate with domestic and international partners to develop innovative ideas and designs aligned with business goals.
- Guide the creative process from concept to production, ensuring quality, accuracy, and legal compliance.
- Shape creative development for themed entertainment projects, including pop‑ups, theme parks, exhibits, location‑based entertainment, and live shows.
- Provide art direction for themed environments, experiential spaces, graphics, and live entertainment.
- Review and revise scripts for live entertainment.
- Conceptualize, inspire, and communicate creative ideas to partners, senior management, and team members.
- Review and approve creative submissions, including show set packages, production drawings, graphics, and media.
- Collaborate with internal teams on brand and franchise management, data insights, project management, and marketing to align creative with the Company and Divisional strategies.
- Work closely with partners, vendors, and brand assurance to ensure project execution aligns with approved concepts.
- Partner with product managers to deliver fresh, compelling designs that meet business needs and strategies.
- Implement and share best practices across all areas of the business.
- Apply an understanding of construction and design for built environments and components.
- 10–15 years’ experience in themed entertainment or closely related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in entertainment, art, or related field (or equivalent experience).
