With over 163 million followers and more than 1 billion views each month across You Tube, Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok, our stories deliver powerful life lessons that resonate with global audiences.

We are seeking an experienced scripted Senior Producer to support the creative and operational production of episodes for our Main Channel on You Tube. This role partners with the Show runner to ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality scripted content that aligns with our brand’s mission of changing lives through correntaging.

• Oversee and lead all aspects of episodes for the Main You Tube Channel, from concept development and writing through post‑production.
• CollaborateՄի closely with writers, directors, casting, wardrobe, set design, and production to develop compelling narratives.
• Provide creative feedback throughout the production process, ensuring all content aligns with Dhar Mann Studios’ vision and messaging.
• Establish and maintain quality control standards across all episodes.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the creative team and other departments, including casting, post‑production, and social.
• Mentor the crews, providing guidance and support.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Monitor trends and analytics to refine You Tube audience growth.
• Innovate new creative approaches to drive audience growth and improve production efficiency.

• Recent experience with a hands‑on understanding of the You Tube and Facebook platforms.
• 5+ years as a Senior Producer and writer with strong background in You Tube, digital media, and scripted content.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and inspire a creative team.
• Excellent You Tube‑centric storytelling abilities with a keen eye for compelling narratives.
• Ability to chai multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strongура communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for creating content that has a positive impact on audiences.
• Familiarity with industry‑specific software and project management tools including Google Workspace and
• Ability to respond quickly to messages and manage tasks across chat groups and weekends.
• Must be able to commute to the Burbank studios 5 days a week.

The Senior Producer will report directly to the Show runner – Main Channel.

All the action takes place at our studio in Burbank, CA.
