Sr. Digital Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer to concept and design compelling visuals across multiple beauty brands. This role will be responsible for creating best-in-class digital assets and experiences while maintaining brand integrity and ensuring cohesive design across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital assets, including display banners (static and animated), emails, and paid media across desktop and mobile.
• Partner with creative, marketing, and web teams to provide art direction and UX recommendations for digital experiences.
• Ensure the brand’s digital presence maintains consistency, quality, and usability standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with time for feedback and revisions.
• Serve as the internal creative lead for all things digital.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing for web and digital media (emails, paid media, web banners, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong understanding of UX and development best practices.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with HTML5 animation is a strong plus.
• Solid grasp of mobile-first design principles and production deliverables.
• Exceptional creativity with a strong eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
