Investment Assistant & Client Service Coordinator — an entry-level role supporting our investment process while delivering exceptional client service. You will work closely with the Founder and investment team, assisting in portfolio management and daily operations at Asset
IO Wealth Management, a boutique firm based in the entertainment industry.
- Learn and master charting and portfolio construction software tools.
- Assist in maintaining investment data, including buy/hold/sell documentation and portfolio models.
- Summarize research materials and assist the investment team in identifying opportunities.
- Support trade processes and ensure accurate documentation.
- Prepare client portfolio proposals, reports, and performance reviews.
- Manage client booking and scheduling, coordinating meetings and maintaining the office calendar.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication.
- Maintain and update client records in our CRM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset; you enjoy building rapport and solving problems.
- Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Must pass the Series 7 exam within 3 months of employment
