Associate Director Your new role

We are looking for a sales-driven Leader to join our LA office, who can bring their expertise and drive to further develop the team. The responsibilities of this Business Development will include:

  • Fee generation and headcount accountability for designated locations(s) or specialisms.
  • Hire, train, develop and retain the best people to drive productivity and growth
  • Support the implementation and commitment to company initiatives and strategic priorities
Our leaders will:
  • Be bold and curious – identify and pursue new business opportunities, push beyond the obvious, and experiment with fresh approaches to expand the client portfolio.
  • Own the outcomes – establish and maintain long‑term partnerships with clients, negotiate B2B contracts with integrity, and see initiatives through to delivery.
  • Be better together – collaborate and share knowledge, represent the organization at networking events and build stronger connections.
  • Champion the customer – understand client needs, align solutions, and proactively drive value through cross‑selling and strategic engagement.
What you need to succeed
  • Strong experience in business-to-business sales and individual contribution
  • Strong experience (5+ years) in 360 construction and property sales/recruitment
  • Proven track record in recruitment delivery, people development and management
  • Ability and gravitas to lead from the front, inspire and gain commitment to vision
  • Excellent communication skills; able to influence and inspire
  • Experience in setting, monitoring and reviewing goals and objectives
