A leading global entertainment company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide proactive, high‑level administrative support to Human Resources leadership. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast‑paced corporate environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and enjoys collaborating with diverse teams. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR office, managing priorities, and supporting leadership in achieving strategic objectives across the Corporate segment.

  • Pay Range: $33 – $35/hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct administrative support to HR executives, managing complex calendars and scheduling needs.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, multi‑city itineraries, and meeting logistics.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, expense submissions, and purchase orders.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR leadership and internal business partners while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and act as a point of contact for administrative questions.
  • Organize internal and virtual meetings, including A/V setup and preparation of materials.
  • Support planning and execution of HR events, service recognitions, and offsite meetings.
  • Partner closely with other executive assistants to maintain alignment across teams and departments.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Director‑level or senior executives in a corporate or entertainment setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), SAP, SharePoint, and Concur.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proven discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Collaborative, professional, and adaptable under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with in a large, publicly traded or global organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Additional Information
  • Onsite Monday through Thursday at the Burbank Corporate HR office; remote on Fridays.
  • Occasional flexibility may be needed for events or project deadlines.
  • Reports directly to HR leadership within the Corporate segment.
