Job Summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with current ICU experience to join our team for a night shift position. This role is ideal for a skilled critical care nurse who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is committed to delivering high‑quality patient care.

  6:30 PM – 7:00 AM

• Provide direct, high‑quality nursing care to critically ill ICU patients
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring
• Administer medications, titrate drips, and manage advanced life‑support equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and changes in patient condition
• Accurately document patient care using Medhost EMR
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and evidence‑based practices

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• Current ICU experience
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and clinical skills

• Experience working night shifts in a critical care environment
• Familiarity with Medhost EMR
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a collaborative care team
