Position Overview

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established outpatient family medicine clinic in Bullhead City, AZ
. This full-time position offers a stable weekday schedule?
no weekends, no evenings, and no on-call responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $100,000 ? $140,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Conduct routine physicals, wellness exams, and preventive screenings
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
• Develop individualized care plans and monitor treatment progress
• Educate patients on disease prevention, medication adherence, and healthy living
• Document encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Coordinate specialist referrals and follow-up care as needed
• Ensure compliance with clinical quality standards and best practices

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Arizona
• Graduate of an accredited U.S. NP or PA program
• DEA certification or eligibility to obtain
• Credentialing eligibility with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans
• Experience in outpatient family medicine or primary care preferred (new graduates welcome)
