This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center in Bullhead City, AZ.

The CRNA will be responsible for administering anesthesia care, monitoring patients before, during, and after procedures, and collaborating closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff. This role supports a collaborative MD/CRNA model focused on efficient workflows, patient safety, and long-term provider satisfaction.

• Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures
• Conduct pre-operative patient assessments and develop anesthesia plans
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and during post-anesthesia recovery
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and OR teams
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and best practices
• Deliver patient-centered care in a team-based clinical environment

• Current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Active or eligible Arizona CRNA licensure
• Experience in a collaborative anesthesia care team preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and professional excellence
