Travel RN (Registered Nurse) Night Shift

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical Telemetry (Night Shift) – Within 50 miles of Bullhead City, AZ. Facility type:
Hospital. Weekly salary: $3,000.00.

Shift Details
  • Night Shift: 1830 – 0700
  • Day Shift (Occasional): 0630 – 1800
  • No On-Call Required
  • Floating:
    May be required to float as needed across units
  • No 48‑hour guarantee
Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for the night shift. This role involves caring for a mix of ICU and step‑down patients, utilizing telemetry monitoring, and working in a fast‑paced hospital environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong ICU background, the ability to adapt to floating assignments, and a commitment to high‑quality patient care.

Requirements
  • Active Arizona RN License (or compact state license valid in AZ)
  • Certifications:

    ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Certification
  • Minimum Experience:

    2+ years recent ICU experience required; preferred:
    Experience with Impella and IABP devices
  • Patient Ratios: ICU 1:2, Step Down 1:3
  • EMR System:
    Med Host
  • Scrub Color:
    Black
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and care for acutely ill patients in the med‑surg/telemetry unit
  • Respond rapidly to changes in patient conditions and elevate appropriately
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
  • Accurately document care provided using Med Host EMR
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Demonstrate flexibility in floating to other units as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with Impella and IABP support devices
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a high‑acuity environment
