CRNAs are offered guaranteed 8-hour and 10-hour weekday shifts with opportunities for both full-time and PRN schedules. Compensation is $200 per hour on a 1099 basis. Weekly overtime and all call-back hours are paid at $200 per hour. Call is shared and compensated as follows:

• Weekday call (5:00pm–7:00am): $750 per shift
• Weekend call (7:00am–7:00am): $1,250 per shift

Free shared housing is provided in Fort Mohave, Arizona for providers who need accommodations.

Western Arizona Regional Medical Center supports a high-volume surgical service line with a heavy focus on General Surgery, Orthopedics, and Endoscopy, along with GI, Urology, Plastics, ENT, Neuro, and healthy Pediatric cases. The hospital does not perform OB. The facility has six operating rooms plus one endoscopy suite, with VRAA currently contracted to staff four rooms, providing steady volume and predictable coverage.

This is a collaborative anesthesia care model with CRNAs taking first call and anesthesiologists providing backup support as needed. The model allows CRNAs to practice with a high degree of autonomy in a loosely supervised, team-based environment, while maintaining safe coverage for higher-acuity or emergent cases. PRN providers may pick up daily shifts, call coverage, or supplemental support based on staffing needs.
