Are you interested in helping local businesses succeed? Our Lamar office in Bullhead City, Arizona, is now hiring a new Charting & Sales Admin Coordinator team member to help us bring effective outdoor advertising campaigns to life for brands in Bullhead City, AZ and the surrounding areas.
The purpose of the position is to perform key administrative duties and other division of labor support efforts for the Office Manager, the Sales Manager and the Operations Manager. This position will also focus on all responsibilities relating to the charting system including up to date information regarding inventory, pulling work orders and tracking posting materials. The position also performs in assisting the sales team with pre and post contract administrative functions as needed and as it relates to the sales process.
The ideal candidate will be local to the Bullhead City, AZ office.

What we are looking for in YOU:
- Work requires an excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite {Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Gmail applications.
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.

Education and experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of related experience, preferably in sales, marketing, or administrative roles
- Experience in data management and Gmail preferred
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
