The Role
This role leads, manages and provides expertise in internal manufacturing Supply Chain processes, systems and connected activities. It oversees process optimization, continuous improvement, and end‑to‑end project execution across local and global Supply Chain initiatives. The position ensures alignment with global process experts, drives digital and process transformation, and manages a team of Supply Chain process experts. The geographical scope is local with strong interfaces to global functions.
WhoYou’ll Work With
You will collaborate closely with internal manufacturing Supply Chain teams in Bulle, Braine and Saitama, as well as global Supply Chain process experts across procurement, planning and delivery. You will work transversally with Warehouse Management, Planning, Procurement and Supply Chain Management teams, ensuring alignment, compliance and continuous improvement. You will also lead and coach a local team of end‑to‑end Supply Chain process experts.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Drive and advise stakeholders on local Supply Chain processes and systems
- Act as Business Process Expert ensuring initiatives meet objectives
- Optimize processes, automation and ways of working with Supply Chain teams
- Lead local and global Supply Chain projects ensuring local needs are integrated
- Manage SAP, WMS, Production Plan and Material Planning strategies
- Support documentation, compliance and process improvement activities
- Master’s degree required; CFC and APICS CPIM BSCM are a plus
- Over 10 years’ experience in Pharma Supply Chain operations
- Strong SAP expertise, especially WMS, Material Planning and APO/OMP
- Excellent understanding of GxP, GMP, regulatory and financial flows
- Proven leadership, coaching, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive continuous improvement, lean culture and process optimization
- English and French fluent
