Head of Digital Security

We are expanding our Corporate Information Security Team and looking forward new colleagues and leaders joining us. To support the team in Bulle (FR) Switzerland, we are looking for a Head of Digital Security. The scope of duties includes the following:

Leads internal and external teams of consulting unit, enables business value, provides strategic guidance and technical expertise, allocates specialists.

• Develop and implement the digital security strategy, aligning with business objectives
• Lead a team of digital security experts in scope of IT, OT and Product Security
• Manage 3rd Party Relationships with vendors, and service providers
• Manage digital security products, operations and services including SOC&CERT
• Monitor and respond to emerging threats and vulnerabilities
• Implement and enforce security policies and standards
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure software development practices
• Manage security incidents and breaches

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity and 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Following certificates are preferred; CISSP or CISM, ITIL or COBIT, TOGAF as well as Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• English is a Must, German and French are a plus.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards
• Strong knowledge of digital security technologies (e.g., IAM, DLP, SIEM)
• Experience with cloud security and Dev Ops
• Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
• Readiness for global travel
