About the job Operation Associate (Bukit Batok)
- Oversee maintenance of school facilities, coordinate repairs, upgrades, and contractor work.
Supervise cleaning operations and ensure hygiene standards are met.
Plan and coordinate logistics for school events and programmes.
Assist in workflow coordination and process improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum NITEC or equivalent.
2+ years experience in operations or facilities management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Duration/
Working hours:
1 year contract (Option to extend another year) 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
