Salary: S $2,400 – S $2,800 (Basic) + Variable Bonus
🗓 5-Day Work Week (Rotating Schedule)

We are looking for a warm, customer-focused, and proactive Customer Service Officer to be the welcoming face of our centre at Bukit Batok. If you enjoy interacting with parents and children, thrive in a dynamic environment, and take pride in delivering excellent service, we’d love to meet you!

• Manage and process student enrolments and registrations
• Handle school payment collection accurately and efficiently
• Attend to and follow up on customer enquiries in a professional manner
• Support daily school operations to ensure smooth centre activities
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for parents and students

• GCE ‘O’ Level / ITE qualification and above
• Customer service-oriented with patience and a genuine love for working with children
• Able to work weekday evenings, weekends, and public holidays (rotating schedule)
• Responsible, organised, and a good team player

• Monday: Rest Day
• Tuesday: 9:00am – 6:00pm (as scheduled)
• Wednesday – Friday:
  • 9:00am – 6:00pm OR
  • 1:00pm – 9:30pm (as scheduled)
• Saturday – Sunday: 8:30am – 6:30pm

(Schedule arranged by supervisor on a rotating basis.)
