• Our Client is an A1 Developer in Constructions of Condominiums and HDB Flats in Singapore

Brief Job Scope :
The job scope involves cost management, tender preparation, contract administration, and site-based measurement to ensure projects are delivered within budget and compliance standards.

• Carry out measurement and quantity take-offs for projects and tenders.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) for submission and tendering.
• Prepare cost estimates, cost analyses, and budgetary costs for management review.

• Request quotations from suppliers, subcontractors, vendors, and hirers.
• Assist superiors in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support tender preparation and submission
  , including documentation and pricing.

• Prepare letters of award for suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Assist in contract documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor cash flow updates, progress reports, and s-curves for project tracking.

• Visit sites for assessment of payment, measurement, and joint measurement with subcontractors.
• Attend site meetings to coordinate project progress and resolve issues.
• Provide cost control support during construction to avoid overruns.

• Technical Knowledge
  :
  Strong understanding of construction measurement, costing, and contract law.
• Analytical Skills
  :
  Ability to prepare detailed cost analyses and budget forecasts.
• Communication Skills
  :
  Liaise effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Attention to Detail
  :
  Accuracy in preparing BQs, cost estimates, and site measurements.
• Software Proficiency
  :
  Familiarity with construction management tools and MS Office.
