Senior Quantity Surveyor Viaduct Project​/A1 Maincon MNC

• Up to $6,900 Basic+ Variable bonus
• Permanent position/ 5 work days
• Participate NEW Viaduct project at Bukit Batok area.
• Having QS experience in Viaduct projects is preferred.

Our client is a reputable MNC and a leading A1 main contractor, diverse in civil and building projects.

• Reporting to Contract manager and involving NEW Viaduct project.
• Responsible for all work related to Quantity Surveyor duties.
• Liaise with consultants and subcontractors on the progress claim.
• Oversee post-contract QS functions including measurement, valuation, and cost control for civil works.
• Administer contracts, manage variations, claims, and payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Preparing cost estimation and identifying variation works.
• To source quotations from sub-contractors and prepare cost comparisons, negotiate, and award contracts
• Variation order or EOT claims
• Liaise with the project site, subcontractors, and contractual issues

• Diploma/ Degree in construction management/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in building construction projects is preferred
