Spherion - Up to $18.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Operate a Cherry Picker (Order Picker) lift to reach high-bay racking and pull products for outgoing orders; RF Scanning:
Use an RF gun to scan barcodes, verify inventory accuracy, and update the Warehouse Management System in real time;
Packing & Preparation: securely pack items into shipping containers with proper padding and labeling;
Quality Control: inspect items for defects or damage and ensure correct SKU and quantity;
Inbound/Outbound Support: assist with replenishing stock and staging completed pallets for shipment
