Warehouse Inventory Supervisor

Sunrise Pool Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and support our service and repair teams. This role is critical to keeping our technicians stocked, organized, and operating efficiently in the field.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and accountable, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory accurately.

• Manage daily warehouse operations, organization, and cleanliness
• Receive, check in, and properly store inventory and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with ordering parts and supplies
• Prepare and stage materials for service and repair crews daily
• Ensure trucks are properly stocked and organized
• Pool Cleaner Diagnostics & Repairs
• Perform needed maintenance on service tools
• Track warranties, returns, and defective parts
• Communicate inventory needs and shortages to management
• Enforce warehouse procedures and safety standards
• Assist with loading/unloading deliveries as needed

• Previous warehouse or inventory management experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and stay on task without constant supervision
• Basic computer skills (inventory systems, email, spreadsheets)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a warehouse environment
• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Experience in the pool, plumbing, or construction industry
• Supervisory or lead experience
