• Repair equipment using the appropriate tools to meet company standards
• Perform work in a timely manner and determine causes of operating errors
• Establish effective routes to repair down or inoperable equipment
• Maintain an inventory of all repair parts and ensure proper charging of parts used
• Assist in additional areas as necessary, following supervisor directives

• Self-starter with the ability to work without supervision
• Positive attitude and familiarity with diagnostic tools
• Understanding of automotive and trailer mechanics
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
• Physical ability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.

• Experience in vehicle repair or maintenance
• Knowledge of specific automotive brands, such as Ford and GMC
