Job SummaryWe’re hiring a confident, results-driven Sales Closer to join a nationally recognized custom automotive brand known for building some of the most iconic vehicles in the world.

You’ll receive warm, pre-qualified leads from an appointment-setting team and take full ownership of the closing process.
This is a pure closing role focused on the final stage of the sales cycle.
Custom builds start at $150K+, and buyers are highly engaged before the call. Your job is to convert strong interest into firm commitments—often on the first call or through strategic follow-up.
Job Responsibilities Sales & Closing- Conduct consultative sales calls with pre-qualified, high-intent buyers
- Understand each prospect’s vision and purchase drivers
- Lead conversations confidently from introduction to close
- Position the brand as the clear choice for the client
- Handle objections related to price, timing, or decision-makers
- Create urgency and confidently ask for the sale
- Close high-ticket transactions during the call when possible
- Follow up strategically to secure delayed commitments
- Partner with appointment setters for seamless lead handoffs
- Provide feedback to improve lead quality and conversion
- Maintain detailed records in Salesforce or similar CRM
- Log calls, outcomes, and next steps consistently
- Keep an organized, review-ready sales pipeline
- Track deal progression and follow-up activity
- Submit daily reporting on sales activity
- Track calls completed and deals closed
- Monitor pipeline movement and stalled opportunities
- Develop re-engagement plans for delayed deals
- Proven success closing high-ticket deals ($50K+; $100K+ preferred)
- Consistent track record exceeding sales targets
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Confidence handling objections and negotiating price
- Ability to close large transactions during live conversations
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening
- Organized pipeline management and deal tracking
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for research and preparation
- Competitive, self-motivated sales mindset
