Outside Sales / Project Management

Henry Graphics, Inc. is a Georgia-based full-service designer and manufacturer of architectural signage programs. Our work ranges from ADA-compliant interior way finding signage, to illuminated monuments and building signage. Henry Graphics has performed work across the United States and has become one of the premier signage firms in the Southeast.

Overview: We are looking for an assertive, self-motivated individual to sell manufactured architectural and custom signage business to business.

Sales

Activities:

  • Conduct cold calls and visiting jobsites or locations of potential clients to generate leads and increase sales opportunities, mainly in the southeast.
    • Engage with existing customers to foster relationships and identify new sales opportunities.

Customer Interactions:

  • Communicating effectively with customers over the phone and in-person to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
    • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Clean driving record as well as reliable transportation is required.

Organization & Detail Management:

  • Maintaining organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
    • Ensuring that all details related to customer specifications and orders are accurately documented.

Team

Collaboration:

  • Working closely with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless communication and fulfillment of customer orders.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Sales

    Experience:

    Proven experience in sales, particularly in cold-calling and business-to-business (B2B) sales.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage customers and convey information clearly.
    • Experience in the sign industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Organizational

    Skills:

    Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
  • Positive Attitude: A self-motivated individual with a positive outlook and enthusiasm for sales.
