The RoleMIS Solutions is hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) to support continued growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. This position is responsible for generating leads, running first‑time appointments (FTAs), qualifying deals, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
The BDE will play a key role in building pipeline, representing the company externally, and driving revenue through disciplined outbound activity and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across SMB and mid‑market organizations
- Generate outbound leads, secure and run first‑time appointments (FTAs), and qualify prospects
- Own early and mid‑stage deal qualification and advance opportunities through the pipeline
- Collaborate with sales engineers to design solutions aligned with prospect needs
- Manage pipeline, track activity, and forecast accurately within the CRM
- Represent MIS Solutions at networking events, conferences, and community engagements
- Meet and exceed activity, conversion, and revenue goals
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven success in outbound prospecting, qualification, and closing new business
- MSP or services sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills with a consultative, solutions‑oriented selling approach
- Self‑motivated with a disciplined, entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable managing a sales cycle in a growth‑focused environment
- Experience using Apollo, Hub Spot, Connect Wise, or similar CRM and sales tools
- Base Salary: $60,000–$80,000. On‑Target Earnings (OTE):
Up to $170,000 - Paid medical insurance
