Duties:

• Manage and lead a team of inside sales representatives
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and close sales
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
• Provide training and support to sales team members
• Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to upper management

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or related field
• Strong knowledge of outbound calling techniques and warm calling strategies
• Familiarity with logistical sales or distribution industry is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Proficient in using CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

This position will have a base pay but is commission driven!
