This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role located at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia in Buford, GA. The Sales Consultant will engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure satisfaction throughout the car-buying process. Responsibilities include understanding and consulting on customer needs, presenting vehicle options, facilitating test drives, and guiding customers through purchase decisions. The role also involves meeting sales goals, maintaining product knowledge, and delivering a positive experience to every customer.

• Experience with Sales Consulting and demonstrating a strong ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive buying experience
• Excellent Communication skills for building relationships and effectively responding to inquiries
• Proficiency in Consulting, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Self-motivation, organization, and a results-driven mindset are essential
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or automotive fields are an advantage
