• Drive outbound sales growth by expanding existing customer accounts and proactively pursuing new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to identify upsell, cross-sell, and repeat business opportunities
• Re-engage dormant or underperforming accounts through targeted outreach and personalized sales strategies
• Apply a consultative sales approach to understand contractor, consultant, and builder needs and recommend tailored product solutions
• Deliver customized sales presentations, proposals, and pricing solutions for individual and bulk project requirements
• Manage leads, accounts, and sales activities within CRM systems to maintain an accurate and active sales pipeline
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction
• Provide post-sale follow-up and ongoing account management to support client retention, loyalty, and long-term growth
