We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our high-energy sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels on the phone, and is motivated by closing deals and exceeding goals. Our sales team averages 80–100 outbound calls per day to manufacturers and distributors (B2B Only).

• Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to manufacturers and distributors.
• Manage and promptly follow up on a high volume of inbound leads.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing clients.
• Accurately document sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings.

• Strong phone sales experience with a proven closing ability.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Self‑motivated, competitive, and goal‑driven mindset.
• Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is a plus.
